They provide pre-licensing courses in all 50 states.
The school's mission is to provide an educational experience that enhances the lives of the people they serve. They are customer focused and committed to improving, respecting one another and keeping their word. They also like to put fun into everything the do and they give back to their community.
Study Courses
The CE Shop offers a wide variety of study courses. These include the following:
- Courses Only: The Courses Only class provides the 72 hours of required pre-licensing education necessary to become eligible to take the exam.
- Standard Package: The Standard Package offers the 72 hours of pre-licensing education as well as Exam Prep Edge for the national and Missouri portion of the test.

They opened their doors to students back in 1996 to provide real estate agents with a place to start and advance their careers in the industry. Real Estate Express is still known as a reputable school that provides pre-licensing courses in 39 states, and post-licensing education in 10 states. The school is also accredited by both ARELLO and IDECC, and individual state real estate commissions also approve their courses.
What is included in the study packages?
To offer a comprehensive service, Real Estate Express currently offers four pre-designed packages: The Basics, Exam Preparation for all 6 TX required courses, Exam Preparation Plus including instructor support, and Ultimate Learning, which features a 90-day boot camp. You can purchase a package, or if you prefer taking each course separately, you can get them separately.
Each course is 30 credit hours, and you can take any of the courses online or in a traditional classroom setting.

Real Estate Express has a close to average pass rate with the highest number of students. The Salesperson exam pass rate in Texas sits at 63.26% out of 1,489 students, 50% for the 20 students who have taken the Broker's exam within the last two years.
Just as a comparison, Texas's average pass rate is 61.28%, which means the Real Estate Express pass rate is average, which may be an issue considering their "Pass or No Pay" guarantee. Cancellation Policy
A full refund less a $100 processing fee will be given to students that cancel up to seven days prior to the start of class. No refunds are offered for cancellations within those seven days or after the start of class.
However, students who wish to cancel after the grace period may receive a credit for the tuition amount which will be added to the student's account. The credit will be good for up to one year.

The school was founded by Mark Barker, a pioneer in education. It is widely recognized as the number one real estate licensing school in the Midwest providing the highest pass rates in the states they offer service in. They provide a variety of courses including pre-exam education, salesperson practice courses, broker pre-licensing, continuing education and more.
Study Courses
The pre-licensing study course CES offers is in both audio and visual formats. It consists of three chapters and provides options to review each chapter after it has been completed. You may go at your own pace entering and exiting the course as you wish.
The final exam consists of 50 multiple choice questions. To complete the course, you must pass the exam with a score of 75% or more. If you do not pass the first time, an alternate quiz is provided.
The school also provides in person pre-exam study at a location in Kansas City, MO. Day and evening classes are available. Students attend a 10-hour, 4-day course to meet the requirements for taking the exam.
Students are also provided with resources including fingerprinting information and links to Kansas and Missouri Real Estate Commissions and Pearson Vue and AMP/PSI Testing Services via the website.

Reviews
CES ranks highly on Facebook reviews. Many of the students enjoyed the classes and teachers and said they got the information they needed to pass the exam. They also said the Kansas City location was convenient with lots of restaurants nearby.
One student who was dissatisfied with the live class claimed that they switched instructors in the middle of the class causing confusion.
There was another student who was not happy with the online class. She said it was basically a voice reading slides providing a format that she did not find engaging. She also there was a lot of glitches and that if she logged out of the site it did not put her back where she left off. Rather it took her to an earlier slide making the class a lot more time consuming than it needed to be.

CES is a favorite for online students. Here are some of its best aspects.
